This installation covers Alliance/Primus washers with MC10 controls

• Reader
• Cable harness
• High voltage sensor

The cable harness has 6 wires. Two wires are for Power; two wires for the START signal; and two wires for the BUSY signal. The BUSY signal connects to an auxiliary component called the High Voltage sensor, which connects to the machine.

Connect the green and white START wires from the harness (White and Green wires) to the spade connectors connectors representing connections A1 and A3 on the washer control (wire colors should be red and green). It doesn't matter wires connect to which (it's a relay)

Connect the red wires from the high voltage sensor box wires to the BUSY screw terminals shown below:

NOTE: this board is located on the back of the machine.

The other wires from the high voltage sensor connect to the cable harness

Connect the Red/Blue wires from the harness to this small screw terminal which has 24Vdc. The red wire is positive while the black wire is ground.
